I’m Jo-Anne Harding and I operate 3SixtyVA from my office just outside of London.  I am an individual who has a passion for seeing a problem and solving it or at least come up with options to make it less problematic.  I believe that a problem shared is a problem conquered.   I decided to become freelance many years ago to discover how this would impact my life.  It is safe to say that I love it. I love the freedom and flexibility it brings myself and my family and of course how this also benefits my clients.  

I started 3SixtyVA in order to help a wide range of individuals and small businesses in specific areas where it’s needed.  The beauty of being virtual is that it doesn’t matter where you or I are located, I can work for you virtually anywhere.  My main aim has always been to use all the skills and experience gained over the many years in a varied range of business areas to help smaller businesses be more successful. 

I’ve worked in construction, legal, financial and holistic environments, all of these requiring varying professional skillsets.  This has enabled me to become involved in a multitude of environments and clientele.
