By using 3sixtyVA.com services you are hereby agreeing to these full terms & our Privacy Policy. These terms made change from time to time. Any amendments will be updated on this website and you will be notified of the changes and asked to review the terms on here.
Work provided by the client can be supplied to 3sixtyVA by post, courier, email, USB Drive. If you prefer an alternative way, please discuss. Please see Online security for further details on keeping the lines, particularly between us, as safe and secure as possible.
Whilst every effort is made by 3sixtyVA to ensure adequate virus checking is done for safe transfer of files, via electronic means it is your responsibility to ensure you are covered both for incoming and outgoing transfers.
Work produced by us will be proof read before supplying to the client, however the final proof checking is the responsibility of the client.
The highest standards will always be maintained however, should there be any errors, these will be rectified free of charge. Should the errors be found to be from the client, these will be rectified but charged at the usual standard rate.
Any errors to be notified to us within 48 hours of receipt of work.
We reserve the right to refuse any work given to us which we feel maybe unlawful or immoral.
We do not accept responsibility for the success or failure of a clients’ business, not do we accept liability for any work produced by us on behalf of the client for the end use of any documents/materials produced or edited by us.
Plagarism
Images a client provides to us to use for production of work will be accepted knowing that it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the orientation of said images and that proper permissions have been given for them to be used. This will not be the responsibility of 3SixtyVA to obtain such permissions.
Payment Terms
Retainers to be paid in advance
Invoices issued to be paid within 7 days
Payments to be made by bank transfer or direct debit
Overdue invoices may incur interest on the outstanding amount of 8% for each day the invoice remains overdue.
All work will cease until payment is made.
Confidentiality
3SixtyVA take confidentiality very seriously.
3SixtyVA would be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if you have one in place.
No business or work related information will ever be discussed with any third party unless the client has given permission and that there is a reason to do so.
I will not discuss or disclose who my clients are to anyone else. Only the experience I have and what sectors I have worked in.
